1). Open Apple Mail, go to Preferences > Signatures.

2). Click on the + icon and give your email signature a name.

3). In the empty window you can now paste your html email signature.

1). Send yourself an email from your computer.

2). Open your Gmail App.

3). Click Menu.

4). Tap More.

5). Tap Settings.

6). Click on your email address listed in the settings.

7). Click Signature.

8). Open the email you sent yourself and copy your email signature.

9). Go back to you're email signature settings and paste in your email signature.

10). Press Save.

1). Sign in to your AOL email account.

2). Click on Options (top right), and choose "Mail Settings".

3). Select the Compose options on the left.

4). Next to "Rich Text / HTML", pick Use Signature in the dropdown.

Outlook 2000

1). Open Outlook's Tools.

2). Select the Mail Format tab then the Signatures button at the bottom of the dialog.

3). Create one or more signatures, including a blank signature.

4). Click Ok to return to the Mail Format tab.

5). Select each account in your profile and assign a signature to it.


Outlook 2002

1). Within Outlook, click Options from the Tools menu.

2). Click the Mail Format tab.

3). Use the drop down arrow beside the Compose in this message format option to select the format you want to use with your signature.

4). Use the drop down arrow beside the Signature for new messages option to select the signature you want to add to your new messages.

5). Use the drop down arrow beside the Signatures for replies and forwards option to select the signature you want to add to these messages.

6). Click OK.


1). Signin to Outlook.com, and click on the gear (settings icons).

2). Select More mail settings from the menu that shows.

3). Now select Message font and signature under Writing email.

4). Click HTML code view, you can now paste your html email signature and save your changes

1). Send yourself an email from your computer.

2). Navigate to the iOS Settings App, then to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, then to “Signatures”.

3). Open up the email you send yourself and copy the email signature.

4). You can paste your in you're email signature. Tap twice in the empty box and select “Paste” from the popup menu.
